Challenge

A service needed one backpack for daily shifts: straps that last, volume matching the box, a logo readable from the street.

What we sewed

Backpack with reinforced base and straps, insulation for hot and cold orders, UV brand print. Sample on a test courier, then the run.

Outcome

A repeatable standard for hiring. New couriers get the same model — not “similar” bags from three vendors.
