- Backpack with reinforced base and straps, insulation for hot and cold orders, UV brand print. Sample on a test courier, then the run.

- A repeatable standard for hiring. New couriers get the same model — not “similar” bags from three vendors.
HoReCa

- The chain needed a flat bag for a standard box, heat on a city route, and the same look at every outlet.
- What we sewed
- Bags sized to the boxes, insulation, feet, chain branding. One cut across addresses.

- One courier look everywhere. Repeat the run when a new site opens — no from-scratch tender.
Workwear
- Challenge
- A clean shift look and fabric that survives frequent laundry. Different roles, one palette.
- What we sewed
- A uniform line: key-size samples, patches, a run with rotation spare.

- One style across shifts. Same model next season — no colour surprise.
Private label
- Challenge
- The brand wanted its own bag in the catalogue without owning a factory. The second run six months later had to match.

- OEM: brief → sample → spec → run. Cut, materials and logo placement frozen.

- A stable Tashkent supplier. Repeat from the sheet — not “almost like last time”.
